What the form is for
- Questions about something you read in a guide
- Corrections: a fact, a rule or a detail that looks wrong or out of date
- Suggestions for topics the guide should cover
If you are looking for a team, a tryout date, a camp or a coach, please contact the club, league or provider directly. Our overview of program types and the guide to choosing a program list the questions worth asking them. Messages sent through this form will not reach any of them.
